We are pleased to announce Bridport Broadsides as one of the performers in this year's Pirates in the Port Festival in Newport!

Bridport Broadsides

Bridport Broadsides are a disparate collection of old (and not so old) men formed in 2019 and are now a thriving crew of 15 with total age of 1039 and average age of 69. We have a desire to enchant the world with our vocal excellence and sparkling wit (?!) through rendition of shanties and sea songs. In doing so we have raised funds for a variety of worthy, needy and good causes and we have performed at various festivals and village fetes and often by invitation in pubs, but have yet to succeed in completely emptying one!
